MQDC adds B3bn to Cloud 11 budget

Onza Janyaprasert, project director of Cloud 11, said 2 billion baht is for creative facilities, including studios and performance stages, while 1 billion is earmarked to enhance public infrastructure and surrounding areas.

"We plan to transform nearby shophouses and warehouses into creative zones," he said. "The budget also covers upgrades to the canal and the skywalk to better connect the area and support the creative hub vision."

The project occupies a 27-rai site on Sukhumvit Road between Punnawithi and Udom Suk skytrain stations, directly opposite True Digital Park, MQDC's first mixed-use development, which opened in 2019 on Sukhumvit Soi 101/1.
