Kunlavut, Ratchanok and Co dazzle

Third seed Kunlavut cruised past Ng Tze Yong of Malaysia 21-9, 21-12 in his opening match in the men’s singles as he took 38 minutes (approx.17.3 million baht) tournament.

- Kunlavut Vitidsarn, Ratchanok Intanon and men’s doubles pair Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Kittinupong kedren came through their opening matches at the BWF Asia Championships in Ningbo, China, yesterday.

He will face the winner of the match between Dmitriy Panarin of Kazakstan and Kiran George of India.

Women’s eighth seed Ratchanok brushed aside Sumupdaitea Katethong of India 21-14, 21-16 in 36 minutes.
