Kazakhs are keen to see more trade

Kazakhstan is open for business and keen to deepen investment ties with Thailand, building on the longstanding political, economic, and cultural cooperation between the two countries, says Kazakh Ambassador to Thailand Margulan Baimukhan.

Speaking at the Kazakhstan-Thailand Business Roundtable hosted by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Bangkok last month, the ambassador described Thailand as Kazakhstan's key partner in Southeast Asia and a strategic gateway to the Asean market.

The event showcased investment opportunities in Kazakhstan for Thai businesses, reaffirming both countries' commitment to strengthening bilateral economic cooperation. The roundtable underscored Kazakhstan's openness to foreign investment and its growing appeal as a destination for Thai companies seeking to expand into Central Asia and beyond.
