Ex-MPs 'guilty' in ethical cases

The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has found two former MPs guilty of serious ethical breaches in separate gambling and land cases.
-
NACC secretary-general Surapong Intharathawon yesterday announced the commission's findings in the two cases involving serious ethical violations.
In the first case, the NACC found Chaithip Kamolpantip, a former Palang Pracharath Party MP for Ratchaburi, guilty of participating in illegal gambling inside his private office in the parliament building in January 2023, during official working hours and while parliamentary sessions were in session.
