Court makes role clear in cadet case

Ruling didn’t involve fatal assault charge

The Military Court has issued a statement asserting its neutrality and adherence to the constitution, law, and principles of justice in the case involving cadet Pakapong “Moei” Tanyakan.

This comes after a ruling that sentenced two defendants — both senior cadet students — to four months and 16 days in prison and a 15,000-baht fine, with a two-year suspended sentence. The court emphasised that this decision did not involve a charge of fatal assault.
