AI tipped to help narrow nation's education gap

>>>The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) has teamed up with the Ministry of Education to roll out an artificial intelligence-based platform aimed at narrowing the education gap.
The platform, called LEAD Education, was unveiled on Aug 25 as part of NSTDA’s second-term vision, “Building the Nation with Science and Technology”, announced at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).
LEAD Education will use AI to analyse individual learning behaviour and provide customised support to reduce inequality.
NSTDA president Prof Sukit Limpijumnong also outlined the agency's first-term achievements “to deliver a sustainable research ecosystem that supports real solutions for the country’ he said.
