Taali actor Sheetal Kale sheds light on the language partiality in the industry
-
Actor Sheetal Kale, who rose to fame with Sushmita Sen's popular web series, Taali has spoken about the prevalent partiality in Bollywood on the basis of language.
During a chat with IANS, Kale, when asked if she had ever been judged on the basis of her regional accent, shared, "There's a lot of partiality in the industry. If you don't speak fluent English, you're often looked down upon. This is ironic because we work in Hindi cinema. I've faced such discrimination myself."
