The uniqueness of Bagh print is its intricate designs; you will not find such intricacy and finishing anywhere else in India, says Moinuddin Khatri, one of the younger members of the Muslim Khatri family that has been carrying on the legacy of the traditional Bagh print for over 700 years now.

The handicraft, originating from the Bagh town of Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh, is one of the arts of the state that have earned a GI tag.
