A HEALTH hub is proposing a major expansion.
The Oswald Medical Centre in Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, has submitted plans for a new two-storey extension to accommodate a new lift shaft. It also wants to add new palisade fencing and gates to its car park boundary.
‘The planning application to Hyndburn Council has been submitted by the The Partners Oswald Medical Centre.
A comment by Lancashire County Council highways department says: “The submitted documents and plans have been reviewed and the following comments are made.
