Despite grand celebrations marking the State Formation Day, the real issues of the poor remain unresolved, alleged the Communist Party of India (CPI) and the Telangana Rythu Sangham. A delegation led by CPI District Assistant Secretary Jampala Ravinder and District General Secretary of the Farmers’ Association Md. Amjad Pasha visited the affected farmers in the Gattamma area on Monday.The leaders highlighted a troubling issue involving land assigned to the poor by the government in 2005. Nearly 90 small and marginal farmers were given pattas for approximately 150 acres of land spread across Survey Numbers 18 to 55 in the Inchara outskirts. However, the current revenue administration has begun the process of reclaiming this land, causing distress among the beneficiaries.Speaking to the media, the CPI and Farmers’ Association leaders questioned the legitimacy of such actions and said that the government's move undermines the welfare schemes initiated two decades ago. “What is the use of celebrating State Formation Day with grandeur if the poor continue to suffer and are denied justice?” they asked.They further de-
