A PRE-SEASON conversation with boss Dean Brennan has resulted in Barnet central defender Danny Collinge discovering his goalscoring mojo.
Despite heading into the new campaign having only found the back of the net once in a Bees shirt, the 25-year-old has hit a purple patch in the opposition's penalty area.
After grabbing what proved to be the winner and claiming an assist in the opening day victory over Hartlepool United, Collinge went on to get his name on the scoresheet against Bromley and Eastleigh last month.
Collinge admits he has become more of a threat after Brennan set a challenge to play his part in the final third as well as keeping Barnet's National League rivals at bay.
