Policing has traditionally been considered to be part of a male domain, but the women of Bihar are breaking through the khaki glass ceiling and leading the police force from the front. Since assuming office in 2005, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar has continuously worked for the development of the state and the welfare of all sections of people. In line with his vision, a large number of women have been recruited in the police force as well.
