Following last month’s workout on Altered 9ths, we’re expanding our palette of extensions. These extensions are most commonly used on Dominant 7th chords and that’s what we’ll focus on here.
While these note choices might be thought of as signifying a jazz approach, these more adventurous tones can be seen in rock, blues, rockabilly and many other styles.
