The future is looking bright for Denmark's Princess Isabella, with the newly minted 18-year-old ready to embrace all the freedoms that come with being the second-born child of a monarch.

Last week, Isabella's elaborate 18th celebrations went off without a hitch. The birthday girl stunned in a sequinned navy gown as she attended a performance, held in her honour, at the Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen on April 15.

A few days earlier, the fun-loving teen also delivered her first solo address – with a cheeky twist! – at an event in Aarhus.
