When we talk about ageing, women are often told to expect wrinkles, weight gain and brain fog!

But one thing we should be paying far more attention to is our bones.

Because here’s the good news: bone health is something we can actively influence and it’s never too late to start. Strong bones don’t just support our bodies, they support our freedom.

I've spent much of my life thinking about bones. Early on, as an athlete, I worried about stress fractures from overtraining. These days, I think more about how to keep bones strong for the long haul, especially as we juggle busy lives, kids, careers and, let's be honest, very little spare time.
