There was a time when selling homes as a realtor was all about 3 things: Cold calling people at random.

Listing/advertising on property mega sites.

Networking at events to find potential clients.

Today, this is considered the worst possible use of one's time as every major realtor across the world has weaponized social media for lead generation. Developers too are catching on to the trend and spending huge budgets on filming, editing and social media managers.
