Themed "Celebrating Diversity," this festival aims to promote the inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities (PwDs). It will showcase the talents and achievements of PwDs while providing a platform for them to interact with each other and the wider community. The festival also seeks to create awareness about disability issues and promote positive attitudes towards PwDs.

The activities at the festival will include informative sessions on disability rights, employment, education, and accessibility. An empowering assistive aids and appliances exhibition will be featured, along with breathtaking performances by PwDs in dance, music, and theatre.
