Find X5 Pro in 2022. The Find X series then mysteriously disappeared for two years, with the Find X6 (2023) and Find X7 (2024) only available in China. The Find X8 Pro embodies the core of the Find X experience with features inspired by Apple's iPhones yet retaining its unique OPPO identity. Long-time fans will recognise the physical Alert Slider with its three modes (ring, vibrate, and silent). New to the Pro is the Quick Button—positioned just below the power button—which serves as a tactile camera shortcut. A double-tap launches the default Camera app, while a slide gesture adjusts the zoom range with satisfying mini-vibrations for precision.

Though occasionally overly sensitive when framing a shot, it’s a welcome addition for photography enthusiasts. Notably, the base Find X8 lacks this feature. The handset’s thickness is moderate at 8.24mm, but its rear camera housing is exceptionally slim at 3.58mm. This compact design not only contributes to a sleek appearance but also ensures stability on flat surfaces. The overall footprint is comparable to an iPhone Pro Max, so users comfortable with larger mobiles will find the size familiar and well-proportioned. The 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel on the Find X8 Pro is a treat, delivering life-like yet vibrant colours with a resolution of 2,780 × 1,264 pixels.
