While the Galaxy Z Fold7 caters to power users seeking productivity, Samsung's clamshell is for those who treat their phone as an accessory and a statement piece.

Enter the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 – a device that leans on design, AI, and usability refinements to stand out. Samsung's biggest brag is the improved 4.1-inch FlexWindow, which now works with Now Brief and Gemini Live. Alongside that, the phone debuts the in-house Exynos 2500 processor, moving away from Qualcomm's premium Snapdragon line. At $1,648 (256GB), it positions itself as a stylish yet practical alternative for premium users tired of slab phones.

The Flip7's 4.1-inch FlexWindow is now nearly square (948 x 1,028 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate) with thinner bezels and reduced camera rims. It's a massive aesthetic lift over the Flip6, which still had chunky black bars. For fashion-first users, this change matters. Widgets remain rearrangeable, with Samsung's first-party options optimised for the larger space. Apps can still be added via Labs under Settings, though the official list remains short. Interestingly, Samsung now nudges users to MultiStar, a third-party launcher on the Galaxy Store, to expand FlexWindow app compatibility.
