With the added support of a wall, you can take your strength training to the next level, targeting muscles you never knew you had. So, grab an exercise or yoga mat, clear some space and get ready to feel the burn!
WARM-UP
1 MINUTE
Start by standing with your back against the wall and your feet hip-width apart.
Take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, to centre yourself and prepare for the workout ahead. Roll your shoulders back and down, engaging your core and keeping your spine lengthened.

3 MINUTES
