It’s amazing how much better I feel after a period of great productivity. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and generally eases any anxiety. It’s exactly why I love a good list. Often when I’m feeling completely overwhelmed I find it a struggle to even translate all my thoughts into a list, but if I take time out and get it all down on paper (or go for a walk to clear my head and use the Notes app on my phone), it definitely feels that tiny bit more manageable.
