When Prerna Prasad, founder of Ecoplore, set out to identify and curate a flagship eco-home that embodied India’s sustainable spirit, she found it in Van Bhoj, the home of architects Revathi and Vasanth Kamath.

Built in 1996 on a reclaimed mining quarry in Surajkund, Faridabad, this residence was a pioneering experiment in sustainable living, decades ahead of its time.
