When it comes to keeping your family healthy and energized, don't roll the dice with just any nibbles.

Strategize a day of balanced eating with snacks that bring flavor and fun. GH's dietitians teamed up with culinary pros and thousands of home testers to evaluate ingredients, taste, convenience and more. Now it's your turn to get in on the game!
2025 WINNERS Delicious Dips & Spreads

A pickle-based salsa with a fresh, crunchy twist, Grillo’s finely chops its popular dill pickles and mixes them with fresh bell peppers and onions to create a briny, tangy dip.
LAB RESULTS: GH’s recipe editor praised the snack's versatility, saying it could be used the same way as pico de gallo (such as atop tacos and grain bowls). Taste testers noted the crispy, “not mushy” texture and the subtle pickle flavor that “isn't overpowering.”
Airy Whipped Cheese Dip
Made from high-quality imported Danish cheese and premium herbs and spices, Castello Whipped Dips come in three delectable flavors (Cracked Pepper, Garlic & Herb and Paprika & Chili) and are light yet creamy and indulgent spreads.
LAB RESULTS: "I adored all three of these whipped dips,” raved judge Alejandra Ramos, chef and TV personality, adding that she enjoyed the spread with crackers and carrot sticks and even as an omelet filling.
Creamy Coconut PB
A tropical twist on a classic, Cocomo blends organic ingredients like dry-roasted peanuts, coconut cream and coconut syrup for a smooth, spreadable treat you can eat right off the spoon.
LAB RESULTS: Taste testers enjoyed the flavorful spread on its own and atop toast, banana slices and celery sticks. "It’s an unexpected upgrade for peanut butter—like taking your taste buds on a tropical vacation without being too out there,” one tester said.
