Spread across an area of 9,000 sq ft in the heart of Jalandhar, the project is named IYIKONIC, a Turkish word meaning perfect edges, fused with the spirit of the word iconic, reflecting the ambition to be both distinctive and enduring.

What defines IYIKONIC's exceptional design and its everlasting grandeur, is its profound relationship with the sun. Archvilla has designed a home where light doesn't just enter; it rhymes through the different spaces, telling a new story with every passing hour. A defining architectural gesture is the structural frame that wraps from the front façade and continues toward the rear. More than just a design element, this feature acts as a connective ribbon, tying together disparate masses of the built form into a cohesive whole.
