At some point in our lives, we've all blown a dandelion seed head and watched the Tinker Bell wisps dance away into the atmosphere.But what happens if we capture other ethereal seeds like these and nurture them for another generation?

While dandelions don’t need much help with their offspring, there’s magic in saving seeds from your own plants - and good, practical reasons, too, for giving your favourite flower or vegetable the chance to start all over again next season.
