"Explore what style of wellness treatments you genuinely enjoy," recommends interior designer Louise Walsh. "There's little point following a trend if it isn't something you'll use. The benefit comes from consistency, ideally several times a week, so we encourage our clients to visit spas and discover which rituals resonate with them. It's also important to consider what mood speaks to you perhaps a light-filled open space or a cocooning darker retreat immersed in nature. The result should be a beautiful experience." Louise suggests visiting local and global destinations for inspiration, pointing to De Montel in Milan, Italy, and Capella Sydney, as recent spa visits that have inspired her.
