WHY DID YOUR CLIENTS BUY THIS HOUSE? They love this historic part of Columbus and in 2020 decided to downsize. The property is also surrounded by stunning 100-year-old oak trees.

HOW DID YOU COME TO BE INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT? My clients were looking for a designer that aligned with her vision of updating the home to feel modern, while staying true to its historic roots. We connected on Instagram and knew it was a special collaboration.

WHAT WAS THE BRIEF? With a keen eye for design and architecture, the owners were intent on preserving the spirit of the house. Vintage farmhouse notes run throughout, anchored by beloved heirlooms from their collection. The husband's passion for woodworking also finds a place — his handcrafted pieces add texture, authenticity and a personal signature to the design.
