When it comes to her health and fitness regime, Susanna Reid's is one we can all get behind. Unlike some other celebs, who have rigorous workout routines and strict diets, the Good Morning Britain presenter admits, 'I barely do any exercise.' As relatable as they get, Susanna explains, 'It's the one casualty of my current work-life balance. Like everyone, I can spend an hour on the sofa doomscrolling.' She continues, 'And if I got myself into gear, I could go to the gym for that hour. I just physically find it impossible,' adding, 'I don't have the energy.' Eating habits

As a regular presenter on GMB, Susanna's day starts earlier than most, and in the past she's found herself reaching for snacks to combat the early wake-up call. 'I found waking up so early in the morning, you're in a sort of energy deficit,' she admits, explaining, 'All your body can think is "have toast, have biscuits, have calories", and you can pile [weight] on really quickly.'
