- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
- ¾ cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for cooking)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
