Gratitude is a feeling; not just mere words that I pen down in my gratitude journal. I realised this, one day-as I came out of my morning meditation routine, feeling nothing but grateful for everything, encompassed in this feeling that I had always been blessed with gifts, unasked for that I had never paused to say thank you to my lord. And my inner crying had never stopped. Despite this, His blessings had never paused.
It took me a little time to process and express this feeling, and even today, as I write this, I know it is not just me who is expressing it; without his grace, not a thing flows. How could my words flow? And how impeccably beautifully my life flows! My life flashed before me, reaffirming my feeling of sincere gratitude for my God:
