How long have you been growing veg?
I have had the allotment five years, but I have always grown something. A friend asked me to help her with her allotment as it was too much for her on her own. I have always had an interest in growing veg since I used to help my grandad in the garden and on his veg plot.
Do you share the plot with anyone else? With my wife Karen, who does the organising and I do most of the graft.
What do you find most challenging about the plot? Keeping ahead of the weeds and bugs and finding the time as I work as a full-time chef, which is demanding on my time.
