In an inspiring fusion of purpose, innovation and global ambition, The Bicester Collection has announced the 25 semifinalists for the Unlock Her Future Prize 2025 – South Asia Edition, spotlighting a new wave of women entrepreneurs determined to rewrite the rules of impact-led innovation.

From over 2,300 applications across seven South Asian countries, the semifinalists span nations including India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. This dynamic cohort of changemakers, ranging in age from 18 to 71 years, shows what it means to build with purpose and lead with empathy, offering bold and scalable solutions to some of the world's most urgent challenges.
