Q Do you enjoy cooking in your spare time?

A I’ve always loved to cook – my parents both worked, so when I was a kid, if you didn’t cook, you didn’t really eat! Dad had a garage, and people used to drop weird food in to him – he’d come home with pheasants or bags of shellfish and we’d work out what to do with them! I loved it – it was very creative.
