Q How do you feel now that The British Soap Awards are back after a year off?

A I just think, 'Thank goodness.' The people who work in soap are unsung heroes who work harder than probably anybody in our industry. This is a celebration of an amazing set of people who keep us entertained every night of the week. I have no idea what I'm wearing yet for my hosting duties. I'm thinking maybe sleeves.

Q Is there a storyline that's really grabbed you this year? A There have been so many.
