This week, C4 money-saving show How to Heat Your Home for Less This Winter hopes to discover ways to cut costs on our bills through innovative methods as well as share practical tips from experts.

TV Times caught up with presenter Denise Van Outen, 50, to find out more…

Why was it important to you to be involved with this programme, Denise?

Winter is a difficult time of year and, with increases in fuel costs, people are really struggling. We are bombarded with so much advertising that there can be confusion about what’s best, and which appliances are efficient; it’s overwhelming. I wanted to get lots of tips, advice and easy changes that people can make.
