The Queen's Gambit became an unexpected hit for Netflix, turning its lead actor Anya Taylor-Joy into a global star and boosting interest in chess around the world. Now, there's a new chess-based drama on Disney+ starring Christian Cooke as Russian chess grandmaster Garry Kasparov.

Set in the late 1990s, Rematch focuses on the true story of the battle between the then world chess champion and an IBM supercomputer dubbed Deep Blue, which was programmed to calculate more than 200 million moves per second.
