Inside Princess Kate's First Public Outing Post-Chemo

Princess Kate continued her gradual return to public royal duty following her chemotherapy treatments with a surprise—and intensely moving—appearance alongside husband Prince William in Southport in northwest England on Oct. 10.

During the visit, the royals expressed compassion for the families of the three young girls who were killed during a knife attack at a Taylor Swiftthemed yoga and dance class in the town in July. (Ten others, including eight children, were injured.)

The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 42, spent 90 minutes in private with the families, and they also met with the dance teacher who witnessed the horror of the attack and the first responders who acted that day.
