Blake Lively & Justin Baldoni's Legal Drama Continues as She and Ryan Reynolds Step Out

Blake Lively is returning to the public eye amid her legal battle with It Ends With Us director-actor Justin Baldoni.

In the latest volley between the costars, attorneys for Lively, 37, filed subpoenas requesting access to years of phone and text records from Baldoni, 41, in order to "expose" details about the sexual harassment and retaliatory smear campaign she accused him and his associates of in her initial Dec. 20 complaint. A lawyer for Baldoni, who filed a $400 million countersuit on Jan. 16 against Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicists, called their subpoenas "invasive, and atypical" in a memo, adding, "This is civil litigation, not a criminal prosecution, and the Lively Parties are not the FBI."
