The Nomad Universal Cable for Apple Watch has an interesting wrinkle: it's a USB-C to USB-C cable that comes with an Apple Watch charging puck attached to one end. That means you can charge two devices at once; an iPhone, iPad or MacBook at one end, and an Apple Watch at the other, obviating the need for separate cables.
