ON CO-PARENTING WITH COURTENEY: We Get Along Really Well

The actor shares the secret to staying friends with his Scream co-star and ex-wife, Courteney Cox

David Arquette and Courteney Cox have now been divorced for nearly as long as they were married, but they're still friends. "We get on really well," the 51-year-old tells In Touch of his ex, 58. He credits their daughter, Coco, 18, for inspiring them to keep their relationship amicable and divorce has actually brought them closer together. "We're better now than when we were [at the end of our marriage]," Courteney has said. (The actor also shares sons Charlie, 8, and Gus, 6, with his producer wife of nearly eight years, Christina McLarty.) Here, David, who recently hosted a gala for the Healthy Humor children's charity at his popular LA club, Bootsy Bellows, talks to In Touch's Natalie Posner about Courteney, becoming an honorary Red Nose Doc, and how he and Christina make their marriage work.

You and Courteney separated in 2010 after more than a decade of marriage, but it sounds like you're still pretty tight.
