When social media influencer Rachel Leary took to TikTok recently to “respectfully” ask Kylie Jenner exactly what the reality star-turned-beauty mogul had done to her breasts, the last thing she was expecting was a reply.

“You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job,” Leary said in the video. “It’s like the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever. They're still big, but whatever way you had the implants - if they are implants or if you had fat transfer - to me, it is perfection.”

Asking Kylie to “help a girl out”, Leary went on with her praise, saying she just wanted to know “how to get them to sit like that”. To her surprise, hours later, the 27-year-old had responded with her exact procedure specifications.

“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle! Silicone!” Kylie commented on the post, adding that Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr Garth Fisher was behind her newly enhanced assets. “Hope this helps lol,” she added.
