Adele is entering a new era. As her two-year, $3 million-anight Las Vegas residency comes to an end in June, the 35-yearold is looking to the next phase of her life. In 2020, the singer revealed a lifestyle overhaul in which she shed 45kg over a two-year period. She has since said her weight loss was a result of relying on exercise to cope with anxiety post-divorce and during the pandemic.

“That really contributed towards me getting my mind right,” she told Oprah Winfrey during her Adele One Night Only TV special in 2021.

“Working out, I would just feel better,” she also told Vogue. “It was never about losing weight, it was always about becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone. I got quite addicted to it.”

Certainly, the ‘Hello’ singer is looking happier than she’s ever been. She has a sparkle in her eye, and a 10-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond to match.
