The divorce between Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner is getting nasty. On June 14, Us confirmed the Yellowstone actor, 68, filed docs claiming Baumgartner, 49, has refused to move out of their Carpinteria, Calif., home after ending their marriage on May 1.
