Comedian Matt Rife looks back on his humble beginnings - and rise to stardom - exclusively with Us

Matt Rife is slowly coming to terms with the fact that he's become a success story. As a young comedian growing up in Ohio, "the dream was [to] sell out weekends at 300-seat venues," recalls Rife, 28. "I'd be like, 'l f**king made it!"" Flash-forward to today: his ProbleMATTic World Tour crashed Ticketmaster, he's releasing his memoir, Your Mom's Gonna Love Me, this winter and he just headlined his second Netflix stand-up special. "It's so much more than I ever really dreamed of," he admits, "and I'm very grateful for that."
