Tired of feeling tired? You're not alone. According to a recent survey*, only 6% of Brits say they get a dreamy eight hours of perfect rest every night.

We're a nation obsessed with slumber - how to get more of it, how to make it better, how to stay asleep at all. But how well are we really doing? The Mirror's survey of 2,000 UK adults*, in collaboration with DFS, pulled back the covers on what's happening between the sheets. The results are clear: the nation is dreaming of better rest. However, whether it's because of our mattress, our mindset or bedtime scrolling, we're being kept up - and not in a good way.
