When Kate Moss's daughter Lila stepped out at the Saint Laurent Menswear show in Paris in June, nobody was looking at her ruffled “high-low skirt” – for two very obvious reasons. The model had paired the peach-coloured creation with a sheer top that left absolutely nothing to the imagination.

By contrast, Emilia Pérez star Zoe Saldaña opted for a more demure look at the 2025 Oscars afterparty. However, her version of the skirt featured a cute double ruffle and she accessorised her outfit with a coveted statuette.

Top marks for bravery, Lila, but we reckon Zoe's take is a little less likely to get us banned from our local on a night out.
