'My thoughts spiralled into a dark place'

Former TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou is as candid as ever as she opens up about baby loss, her new book and her wedding

Reality star Georgia Kousoulou has come a long way since making her debut on The Only Way Is Essex 10 years ago.

The 32-year-old is now a mum to two-year-old Brody, married to her former castmate Tommy Mallet, 31, and has just published her first book- / Wish I Knew.

It's part autobiography, part self-help guide, and Georgia talks about everything from coping with her parents' divorce and surgery, to ending toxic friendships and the difficult newborn baby days.

She also opens up about her devastating baby loss last year, when she was forced to end a much-wanted pregnancy due to life-threatening complications.

Here, Georgia tells new why becoming an author is one of her proudest achievements yet.

Hi, Georgia! Congratulations on getting married. Do you feel any different now?! Actually, I do. Not loads different, but I think we feel a bit more connected, and it's really nice.

As a family unit, we're closer. But I haven't changed my name yet actually, but when I do, it'll be nice to all have the same name. We're having our Spanish wedding next year and I'm really excited. I need to get planning soon! Ooh! Can you tell us what you've organised so far? We've booked the venue and I've asked the bridesmaids - that's it.

I haven't got a dress but I'm going to get one made. I know exactly what I want so it's best that way.
