Simple one-pot recipes using five ingredients

Bolognese loaded flatbreads

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

220g plain yoghurt

260g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting

500g beef mince

500g passata

1 handful of grated cheddar

FOR COOKING

Sunflower oil

METHOD

In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt and flour, bring the mixture together to form a pliable dough. If it's too wet, add a little extra flour or if it's too dry, add a little yoghurt.

On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into 4 to 6 flatbreads, then add them one at a time to a frying pan with a little oil over a medium heat. Once the bread starts to bubble and puff up, it's ready to flip. Cook on both sides until cooked all the way through, then set them aside.
