Complaining American Olympians getting gold medal backlash

PATRIOT SHAMES!

OLYMPIC athletes are trashing America — and they’re getting gold medal grief for it! Two freestyle skiers and a figure skater on Team USA dissed the Stars and Stripes, prompting furious reactions from patriotic Americans.

Freestyle skier Hunter Hess, 27, declared he had mixed emotions about representing the United States.

“There’s obviously a lot going on that I’m not the biggest fan of and I think a lot of people aren’t,” Hess, an Oregon native, said at a press conference.

imageHunter Hess admitted he has mixed emotions on representing the U.S.

“Just because I’m wearing the flag doesn’t mean I represent everything that’s going on in the U.S. I just kind of want to do it for my friends and family.”

His comment enraged Olympic hockey great Mike Eruzione, captain of the legendary 1980 team that upset the Russian squad during the Cold War.
