MORE than 31 years after figure-skating phenom Oksana Baiul wowed the world with figure skating gold at the Winter Games in Lillehammer, Norway, the Olympic legend is starting over following a devastating divorce.

The 47-year-old Ukrainian and her husband of 10 years, Carlo Farina, who share a daughter, just split. She recently put her $1.2 million mansion in Shreveport, La., on the market because she couldn't afford it.
